Do I need a consultation before I book an appointment?
For new patients, we would always recommend booking a consultation. If you think you would like treatment on the same day, we have the option to book ‘Consultation and Treatment.’ If you are an existing patient and know what treatment you would like, please feel free to book straight in for this. Details like how many areas of Botox can always be adjusted on the day subject to consultation.
I know I would like to get an aesthetics treatment but I have no idea where to start- Help!
Don’t worry- this a really common concern! We have some great options for you. The best place to start is always with a consultation where you and Dr Amy can discuss your concerns/goals and make a plan on how we can help get you where you want to be! How do I make an appointment?
We operate an online booking system which is available via the booking link on the website. If you are struggling with this or are unable to find a suitable appointment, please feel free to email us and one of the team can help you out. Hello@DrAmyAesthetics.com
Do you offer payment plans?
Not at the moment. At the time of booking you will be required to pay a £50 deposit. This is deducted from the cost of treatment and rest of the payment will be taken on the day of your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled and deposits transferred until 48 hours before your appointment. After this time, you will be asked to rebook and another deposit will be taken. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is used to cover the costs of late cancellation such as administration and staff. To protect our staff and be fair to all patients, we are unable to make any exceptions.
Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes, purchasing couldn’t be easier- email us at Hello@DrAmyAesthetics and one of the team will be able to help you. You are able to collect gift vouchers directly from any of our clinics or we can post them out to you. If preferred, we can also send an e-voucher!
